U.S. Small Business Administration Approves Mentor Protégé Relationship between JFoster & Associates and Zachry Nuclear Engineering
Zachry Nuclear Engineering, Inc., which provides engineering analytical services for commercial and government nuclear facilities, has entered into an agreement with JFoster & Associates, LLC of Idaho that allows the two firms to pursue U.S. Government contracts.
The All Small Mentor-Protégé Agreement, approved by the Small Business Administration, permits the two firms to pursue contracts that are set aside or reserved for small businesses by U.S. Government agencies. [Capability Statement 1]
The purpose of the Small Business Administration program is to enhance the development of the protégé, in this case JFoster, and encourage approved mentors, in this case Zachry, to provide various forms of assistance to eligible participants to ensure contracting opportunity, experience and overall financial viability.
Under the initial three-year agreement, Zachry Nuclear will encourage opportunities for business development and growth on behalf of JFA.
